DAY 1

Overnight night flight to Ha Noi - Vietnam

Embark on your flight to Hanoi, Vietnam, marking the beginning of a 10-day adventure with IBMT Tours. Get ready to explore the captivating Old Quarter and iconic landmarks upon arrival.

Ha Noi Arrive - Old quarter tour

Our driver and tour guide welcomes you at Noi Bai Airport, escorts you to your hotel. Check in and relax. Late that afternoon visit Hanoi’s Old Quarter also known as the ‘36 streets’. Take a walking tour through charming Hang Be Market and around Hoan Kiem Lake. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It's a great place to explore with plenty of photo
opportunities all around you. Then transfer you back to your hotel. Overnight in Ha Noi. Meal: Dinner.

Ha Noi - City tour

We pass by the various Government offices, the preservation colonial French residences. Then we will visit One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049, 
next, the Temple of Literature. Continue to picturesque West Lake and the sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. In the afternoon visit the fascinating Ethnology Museum
(closed on Monday), which is both a research center and a public museum exhibiting the ethnic groups of Vietnam. We drive back to Hoan Kiem legend lake to visit Ngoc Son
Temple which respects Van Xuong saint and Tran Hung Dao former general commander. We also learn about the Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake. 
 Overnight in Ha Noi. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.


DAY 4

Ha Noi - Ninh Binh - Tam Coc - Hoa Lu - Dancing cave - Ha Noi

After breakfast, you will go to Van Lam village, get on a bamboo boat rowed by the local villager to explore the stunning scenery of Tam Coc - World Natural Heritage Site selected by UNESCO in 2014, the highlight of Vietnam tours Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. Continue to see the Panorama View from MUA CAVES which means: Dancing Cave in Vietnamese. Climb up on 500 steps to top to enjoy amazing view of Ngo Dong River and
TAM COC panorama view from this, enjoying the best view in sunset in this area if your time permitted. Visit to Hoa Lu – the ancient Royal Capital of Vietnam, visit the two temples: Temple of King Dinh and King Le, admire the unique architecture from ancient times. Then we back to Ha Noi and overnight in Ha Noi. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.

Ha Noi - Sapa - Glass Bridge

After breakfast, we depart to Sapa for 5 hours on the high way. When we arrive, we will go for lunch then we will take you to the Glass Bridge. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.

Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van – Fansipan

After breakfast, we depart for a 4-hour trekking journey through Lao Chai - Ta Van, terrace fields are great for photographing. Cold soft drinks, beer, water can be found along the way of your trek up hill to a road where your car is awaiting to transfer you back to Sapa for relax. Then we will take a car from Sa Pa to visit Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina mountains. Back to Sa Pa and overnight in Sapa.

Sapa - Sin Chai Village - Love waterfall - Silver waterfall – Sapa

After breakfast, we will visit the Love and Silver waterfalls, then we go to Tram Ton Pass at the height of 2047 meters above sea level (the highest pass in Vietnam), where great views are offered of the surrounding mountains and lush forests of the Hoang Lien National Park. From there you will trek 30 minutes through the forest. Along the way you have many chances to see wildflowers. Trekking along the stream you will arrive the Love Waterfall. We will depart to Sín Chải village, situated near Sapa in Northern Vietnam, at the foot of Mount Fansipan. Located in a rain forested area protected by the Hoang Lien National Park, the village is home to the Black H’mong people, whose traditional wooden houses are scattered across the valley. Back to Sa Pa and overnight in Sapa. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.

Sapa – Ha Noi

Free until we drive back to Ha Noi and overnight in Hanoi. Meal: Breakfast.

Ha Noi - Ha Long

After breakfast, you’ll take a 2.5-hour-drive to Halong Bay, one of the greatest naturals of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arrival, the boat crew will welcome you and transfer you to the junk (atraditional boat from Vietnam),  check-in and enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. At the same time, you can behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water. After lunch you’ll join some activities on a boat to discover the beauty of the bay, such as visit a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. In the evening, you can join night fishing with locals. Overnight on board. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Ha Long Bay - Ha Noi - Flight to Hoi An

In the morning, your breakfast will be served while floating on the sea to explore the beauty of Halong Bay before disembarking time. Joining some more activities on boat and then checking out. The early lunch will be served before getting back to the main dock and back to Ha Noi for the flight to Hoi An. Check in the hotel. Free time, and overnight in Hoi An. Meal: Breakfast.

Hoi An - Tra Que Village with cooking class - Boat tour

09:00: Our guide picks up you at your hotel by car. Starting at the countryside through beautiful narrow roads, rice paddy fields, old temple, water palm forests, enjoy the fresh air with the nature. You go to Cam Thanh Coconut Forest, join in special bamboo Basket boat on Cua Dai river, exploring the seven hectares’ water palm forest, learn how to catch purple crabs… Then ride to An My Paddy Field, see the buffalo – the symbol of countryside in Vietnam. Continue to the local house in Tra Que Village, enjoy a welcome drink. Taking part in a cooking class, learn how to make traditional rice milk and having super lunch with local food at the local family. This will be a true experience of the trip. After lunch, meet local farmers, talking with them and share about their local farming, experience daily life. Listen to the tour guide introduced and explained about the process of the wet rice, how to grow it and have chance to work as a real farmer. Overnight in Hoi An. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.

Hoi An - Flight to Sai Gon - City tour

Our driver will transfer you to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Then we will start to visit the War Museum, Reunification Hall, formerly known as the Presidential Palace, it was towards this modern building that North Vietnamese tanks seized on the morning of April 30, 1975 as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many. Continue to the Old Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral. Back to hotel and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.

Sai Gon - Ben Tre - Sai Gon

Pick up to Hung Vuong Pier (Ben Tre city). Take a boat on Ben Tre River – one of tributaries of Mekong River, Sight-seeing lively activities along river as fishing, water transferring...Stop at brickwork to see how to make bricks in handy traditional style by printing and baking. Visit one of the plenty of coconut processing workshops where the people to open coconut by hand (husking coconut), coconut candies are made and have a chance to learn the coconut candies making process located along canal (Ms Lan coconut candy workshop), taste tropical fruit, honey tea. Turn on natural scissors creeks where they look smaller and smaller to go to village. Take a walk to a family workshop making sleep mats. Afterward, being on a cart powered by a motorbike and traveling through some tranquil villages where vegetables gardens to be able to touch on real life and find out about tropical culture from Peasants. Afternoon, taking a rowing-boat along water palm creek and boat back to Sai Gon. Overnight in Sai Gon. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch.

Free, until we come to pick you up to airport for flight to your home. End of services!

The IBMT Bar Mitzvah tour was fantastic! It was the perfect blend of family time and peer group time, of sites with religious/historic significance and just plain fun. The guide was personable and informative, and even the bus driver was great. All the details were attended to and you didn’t have to concern yourself with or worry about a thing. It was a true vacation. We would highly recommend it to anyone. If you are going to Eilat, Petra is a must!

We went on a church group to the Holyland with IBMT Tours and had a great trip, everything was planned for us perfectly. There was over 123 people in four different bus groups and things went smoothly, I thought it was going to be hectic with that many people in the group but IBMT did a wonderful job and made sure the buses did not go convoy, every bus had its own time table and itinerary for the day, our guide Dani was so knowledgeable and loving. We love you IBMT and we will recommend you guys. Thanks for everything you have done for us.

We just returned from Israel on an IBMT Bar Mitzvah Tour for our three grandsons.  We had enough family members to warrant our own bus.  After checking out many tour companies we went with IBMT and all of us were glad we did.  The hotels were fabulous and the rooms allotted even more so.  From the INBAL in Jerusalem, KFAR BLUM in the Galilee, the SHERATON in Tel Aviv, to the ROYAL BEACH in Eilat we couldn’t have asked for more.  Our meals were equally excellent.  Beginning with a welcome reception at the INBAL to the closing dinner at the CANAAN restaurant in Tel Aviv one and all loved them.

It was a busy tour made even more so by my husband who was determined the grandchildren see “everything”.  Fortunately for us, we had the best guide when Ornan (from IBMT) gave us GADI.  All of the groups loved their guides but Gadi was  special.  He was able to reach the kids (ages 7-13) as well as the adults.  His knowledge, willingness to adjust the schedule, and good nature gave him a soft spot in all of our hearts.  He filled in at Yad Vashem when the guide droned on a bit too much for some of us.  He searched out a cemetery where a father, grandfather and great grandfather was buried and proceeded to enlighten us on the rituals and customs of a military cemetery.  He adjusted our times to include those little extras.  When weather precluded the camels, we visited Qumran.  After the Bar Mitzvahs, some wanted to walk down Masada - again, no problem. 

We loved everything.  Friday night dinner with an Israeli family (coincidentally the husband was from Toronto), meeting the soldiers on the kibbutz, the Druze lunch, sampling different foods at the shuk, the bullet factory and on and on.  Although the weather was precarious in December, it didn’t stop us and we were able to celebrate Chanukah in Israel...menorahs  everywhere, sufganiyot of every kind, celebrations in the street galore.

Would we recommend this tour...without a moments hesitation.  We had a family trip of a lifetime.  Thank you also to our bus driver Louie, whom we all loved and who got us around safely.

Loved the trip! The itinerary was fantastic and really kept us moving. We were able to see and do so much. Best of all was our tour guide Natalie. She was very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of Israel.
